How can I place an order?

To place an order, simply contact our sales team at geral@calviwholesale.com. Include details such as which products you are interested in, quantities, sizes and any personalisation preferences. Our team will quickly help you with prices, delivery times and any other information you need.

What is the minimum quantity required?

We don't have a minimum quantity for the products and colours in our collection. For specific services, the minimum quantity varies depending on the technique used. If you choose a Pantone colour service or custom dyeing, please contact our sales team. We will assess your request and provide you with the mandatory minimum quantity based on your specific requirements.

Are the samples free?

Samples are not provided free of charge. To place an order for samples, please contact our sales team by e-mail: geral@calviwholesale.com.

What payment methods are available?

We accept credit cards. For other payment methods such as Pay Pal or bank transfer, ask your sales representative.

Where are CALVI products made?

We produce our own products. Calvi is a vertically integrated company in the north of Portugal with over 50 years' experience in clothing.

What is CALVI's sustainability policy?

Our garments are made from 100 per cent organic cotton. We source our yarn responsibly in Turkey and handle the entire production process, from knitting to packaging, at our facilities in Portugal. This commitment guarantees total transparency and minimises our carbon footprint. In addition, we are proud to hold certifications for organic and recycled materials. These factors make our products a sustainable and ethical choice.

How should I take care of the products?

Our products meet the standards and requirements of the textile industry in terms of their physical and chemical properties. Each item comes with specific washing instructions on its composition label. It is important to follow these instructions to ensure the longevity of the product and maintain its quality.

Shipping / Returns

How long will it take to receive my order?

The delivery time for your order depends on your specific requirements. Once the order has been approved, our production time varies between 2 and 8 weeks. We will provide you with an estimated delivery time based on the details of your order.

How can I track my order?

All orders are dispatched from our head office in the north of Portugal. Once dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with your invoice and tracking information.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship our products all over the world.

Can I collect my order directly from the CALVI warehouse?

Yes, you can collect your order from our warehouse from Monday to Friday between 8.30 and 17.00. Before collection, please contact CALVI to ensure that your order is ready for collection.

Can I return the products?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact your sales representative. You will be entitled to a refund or credit if the goods are faulty or do not meet the specifications supplied. You have 14 days after delivery to notify us of your intention to return, after which time the items will be considered accepted and in good condition. Please note that a product is not considered faulty if it is of unacceptable quality due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions.Returns can take up to two weeks to be processed once received. Once the return has been processed, we will send you an email notifying you.All returns will be subject to a 10% fee, in addition to the return postage.

Please note that customers are responsible for inspecting their products before any personalisation. Items that have been washed, dyed or personalised cannot be returned.
